SpinWin Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistan Players

By accessing, registering on, or using the SpinWin platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and SpinWin. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms apply to all products offered under the SpinWin platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, casino games, slots, the VIP programme and all promotional offers. They apply regardless of the device or browser you use to access SpinWin.

By creating a SpinWin account you also confirm that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and SpinWin.

SpinWin is strictly an adult platform. To create an account and use any part of the SpinWin platform you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be registering on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from SpinWin.
• You must not be acting as an agent for a third party in any capacity.

SpinWin reserves the right to request identity verification at any point during your use of the platform. This may include a copy of a government-issued identification document and proof of age. Where verification is requested, access to deposits, withdrawals or certain platform features may be restricted until the verification process is complete.

Each person is permitted to hold one SpinWin account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or linked payment methods — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful and complete information. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, a name that does not match your payment details, or an address you do not reside at — is grounds for account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. SpinWin recommends using a strong, unique password and not sharing your login details with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact support immediately.

SpinWin will never ask you to share your full password via email or chat. Any communication claiming to be from SpinWin that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the support team.

• Keep your username and password private at all times.
• Do not allow other people to place bets or play games using your account.
• Log out of the platform when using a shared or public device.
• Update your contact details promptly if they change.

SpinWin operates entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, account balances, winnings and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. There are no hidden currency conversions at any stage of the payment process.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. Current available methods are always displayed in your account's deposit section.

• Deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed instantly in most cases.
• Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days depending on your bank.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• SpinWin does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment method used to deposit must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once processed. Contact support as soon as possible if you believe an error has occurred.

SpinWin does not store your JazzCash PIN, Easypaisa PIN or bank account passwords. Payment processing routes through your payment provider's own secure infrastructure. SpinWin only receives confirmation that a transaction has been completed — not your authentication credentials.

Withdrawals at SpinWin are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are supported. Where a withdrawal cannot be processed to the original deposit method, SpinWin support will work with you to find an appropriate alternative.

Withdrawal processing times are tied to your current VIP tier level. These times are published on the Withdrawal page and are updated whenever they change. As a general guide:

• Bronze tier: Standard processing time applies.
• Silver tier: Slightly faster than standard processing.
• Gold tier: Priority processing with meaningfully reduced wait times.
• Platinum and Diamond tier: Fastest available processing, typically same-day for withdrawals requested during business hours.

Before processing a withdrawal, SpinWin may request identity verification if it has not been completed previously, or if the withdrawal amount triggers a review. This is a standard security measure and is not a reflection on the legitimacy of your withdrawal request.

Withdrawals are subject to any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. You cannot withdraw bonus funds until the associated wagering requirement has been met. Only funds from your real-money balance (not bonus balance) may be withdrawn at any time without restriction.

SpinWin offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which are displayed in full at the time the offer is presented. These general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses must be opted into before they become active. A bonus will not be applied automatically unless specifically stated in the offer terms.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 500 bonus means PKR 5,000 must be wagered before that bonus converts to withdrawable funds.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates are stated in each offer's individual terms.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus balance and associated winnings remaining after the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.
• SpinWin reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time. If an offer is withdrawn while you are actively using it, your progress towards the wagering requirement will be retained.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms — is a violation of these Terms and will result in account suspension.

SpinWin's sports betting section covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and test matches), football, esports and a range of other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the platform.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. SpinWin does not guarantee that odds will remain the same between the time you view them and the time your bet is confirmed.
• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• In-play betting is available on selected matches. In-play odds change continuously and a bet is only confirmed once the system has accepted it at the live odds at the exact moment of confirmation.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per market and are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport and market type. For cricket, if a PSL or T20 match is interrupted due to weather or other circumstances, settlement rules follow standard cricket betting conventions unless stated otherwise in the specific market rules.
• SpinWin reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by match-fixing, manipulation or corruption, regardless of the stage at which this is identified.
• Obvious errors in odds — where a price is clearly incorrect and significantly different from the true market value — will be voided. SpinWin will notify affected players and return stakes.

SpinWin's casino section includes live dealer games, table games and a full slots library. All casino games operate using certified random number generation (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, real physical dealing equipment managed by trained dealers.

• The theoretical return to player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is provided by the game's developer and is displayed within the game information panel.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time. In the event of a disconnection during a live game session, the outcome of any round in progress at the time of disconnection will be determined by the game's outcome as recorded on the live casino server, not by what was displayed on your screen before the disconnection.
• It is your responsibility to ensure you have a stable internet connection before starting a live casino session. SpinWin is not liable for bets lost due to connection issues on your end.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes apply per table and are displayed before you join. These limits may vary between standard tables and VIP tables.
• Casino games are for entertainment. Outcomes are determined by RNG or live dealing — SpinWin has no influence over individual game outcomes.

The SpinWin VIP programme rewards active players across all platform products — casino, slots and sports betting all contribute to VIP tier progress. The programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.

• VIP points accumulate based on real-money wagering activity. Bonus funds wagering does not contribute to VIP point accumulation.
• Tier benefits include faster withdrawal processing, access to exclusive promotions and, at Gold tier and above, prioritised customer support handling.
• Diamond tier members receive a dedicated account manager for personalised support.
• VIP tier status is reviewed on a rolling basis. If activity falls below the threshold required to maintain a tier, the account will be moved to the appropriate tier at the next review period.
• SpinWin reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefits and structure. Existing tier members will be notified in advance of any material changes.
• VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the account holder.

SpinWin provides responsible gaming tools to all account holders. These tools are available in your account settings and are designed to help you manage your gaming activity within a budget and timeframe that works for you.

• Deposit limits: Set a daily or weekly PKR deposit cap. Once set, a limit cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies to prevent impulse decisions.
• Session reminders: Receive a notification after a set duration to help you keep track of time spent on the platform.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or indefinitely restrict your own access to the platform. Self-exclusion can be activated from your account settings without contacting support.
• Transaction history: Your full deposit, withdrawal and wagering history is available in your account dashboard at all times.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the SpinWin platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of any balance held.

• Creating more than one account per person.
• Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use your account.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or errors in games or the betting platform.
• Using any automated software, bot, script or system to interact with the platform.
• Collusion with other players in poker or any other game where player interaction affects outcomes.
• Bonus abuse, including multi-accounting for promotional purposes, or using matched betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent bonus wagering requirements.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets using inside information or in coordination with individuals who have knowledge that is not publicly available.
• Using a VPN, proxy or other tool to disguise your actual location.

SpinWin monitors accounts for unusual activity. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, the account may be suspended pending investigation. During a suspension, withdrawals will be placed on hold. If the investigation clears the account, the suspension will be lifted and withdrawals will be processed.

SpinWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading or incomplete account information.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or prohibited conduct as described in Section 11.
• Chargebacks raised against SpinWin through a payment provider.
• At the request of the account holder (voluntary closure).

If your account is closed by SpinWin due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If your account is closed voluntarily by you, any withdrawable real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Closure requests are processed within five business days. During this period your account remains active unless you request an immediate suspension.

SpinWin provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain uninterrupted service, SpinWin does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors.

• SpinWin is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, connection errors, or interruptions to live casino streams caused by factors outside of SpinWin's direct control.
• SpinWin is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain a secure account, including losses resulting from sharing your login credentials.
• SpinWin is not responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with any applicable tax rules in your jurisdiction.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect payout or an incorrect display of odds or game outcomes, SpinWin reserves the right to correct the error. Any resulting correction to a payout will be applied to your account balance.

Nothing in these Terms limits SpinWin's liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

SpinWin may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, registered account holders will be notified via the email address associated with their account. The updated Terms will also be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the SpinWin platform after notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

Minor updates — such as corrections to spelling, formatting improvements or clarifications that do not affect the substance of the Terms — may be made without direct notification to account holders.
